You are at Parish Plan/Traffic matters.
As you may know, the Woodhouse Parish Plan Group is engaged in drawing up proposals for the future of our two communities Woodhouse and Woodhouse Eaves based on views contained in the survey in which you took part last year.
One of the many issues raised, but one that was of overwhelming concern for both communities, was that of traffic and in particular the speed of vehicles passing through the two villages.
In order to identify particular black spots, we are providing '''Police Speed Complaints Forms''', which we hope you will use to monitor traffic speed along your road, particularly Beacon Road, Forest Road and Maplewell Road. The forms are obtainable from the '''Oakwood Pharmacy''', Main Street, Woodhouse Eaves, or by applying electronically to '''traffic dot forms at woodhouse-eaves dot co dot uk''' We would be grateful if you would please record the number of instances of speeding that you see on local roads over a given period of time and then return the completed form to the Oakwood Pharmacy for collection.
Thank you for your time and your interest in helping towards the future planning of our two villages.
The Traffic Watch Group may also be contacted by email. Write to '''traffic dot watch at woodhouse-eaves dot co dot uk'''
