TIMETABLE FOR SHOW DAY 2013 8.30am   Doors open for exhibitors Completed Entry Forms to the Village Hall (Additional forms from Downloads page) Classes 1 to 53 in Village Hall      Classes 54 to 112 in Annexe     11am   Doors closed for Judging - All staging to be completed by this time 2pm   Show open for viewing 4.15pm   Children's presentation - Annexe 4.30pm   Children can remove entries 4.45pm   Main raffle draw - Village Hall 5pm   Adult prize money - Village Hall Adult exhibitors to remove entries     7pm   Presentation of Parish Council Award, trophies and cups Prize draw & auction of produce Please bring your own drink & glasses. Informal seating.     Presentations and auction of produce 7 pm Free Admission for a fun evening with bargains galore!
